no noise outside after 10 pm This is an ordinance. If people or pets are making excessive, late-night noise and disruptive to our neighbors, they can and may be asked to leave, and there may be no refunds given. This could also result in the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city, as it is unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set forth in the City's noise ordinance City code Sec. 74-131. Any fines will come out of a security deposit and/or insurance claim if the Guest is unwilling to pay.
no smoking of any kind, even vaping If smoke remediation is necessary there is a min $250 fine to remove all fabrics, fibers for cleaning. This could increase if there are guests checking in and we need to cancel because the house is smokey.
each pet (even visitors) requires a $100 fee, must be on flea and tick prevention treatment, and must be pre-approved by the host with a signed pet agreement There is a max of two (2) pets allowed on the property.
young children must be supervised by the original renters If there is a need for child care during your stay, please discuss with the homeowner in advance for local, trustworthy recommendations.
